River Fit 2025: HIIT It Hard
Get ready to sweat, move, and build strength on the Charles River Esplanade with this high-energy Bodyweight HIIT Class Series provided to you by Caroline!
This 60-minute class combines bursts of high-intensity cardio with bodyweight strength movements to help you torch calories, boost endurance, and improve functional fitness—no equipment needed.
Each session is designed to challenge all fitness levels, offering modifications to meet you where you are and push you to where you want to go. Expect a dynamic mix of full-body circuits, explosive intervals, and active recovery to keep your heart rate up and your muscles working.
Perfect for busy professionals, weekend warriors, and anyone looking to get a powerful workout using just your body.
We encourage participants to registered before every class and to bring their own yoga mat. Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to receive timely updates. Please cancel if you can no longer attend. High Intensity Interval Training will take place every Thursday at 6pm on the following dates:

Soothing Sound Bath with Caroline

Simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the vibrations guide you into a state of peaceful stillness. No prior experience is needed—just bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that will keep you comfortable.
